Growth:
One significant area of improvement is already under way with the transition to EPICOR and implementing a complete “point of sale” system from inventory to sale. From a growth standpoint, while repeat/referral is the core of their current revenue, developing a comprehensive advertising (especially social media) campaign to attract new customers and grow the base is low hanging fruit for growth of the business. Additionally, there is significant opportunity to grow the business by building on both the gun broker and international gun market sales.

The industry has experienced excellent growth in recent years in all categories. The continued operations and growth were also aided by being declared an “essential” business and remained open throughout the pandemic. As reported by IBIS World Industry reports, “The demand for guns and ammunition has continued to increase, the need for employees has also increased (leading to growth in industry employment).
